A new chapter in international academic cooperation has began as Philippine Christian University (PCU) and Kibi Presbyterian College of Education (KPCE) formalized a landmark partnership.

The two institutions on August 17, 2026, signed an International Satellite Campus and Academic Cooperation Agreement, signaling a bold step forward for cross-continental higher education.

The historic Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) paves the way for the establishment of a PCU Satellite Sub-Campus and Learning Hub located on the KPCE campus in Kyebi, Eastern Region, Ghana.

Facilitated by The Admission Experts, this collaboration is designed to revolutionize access to advanced degrees and foster global competencies for students across Ghana and the broader African continent.

The signing ceremony, held at the PCU campus in Manila, underscored a mutual commitment to academic excellence and global competitiveness.

”This partnership represents more than just an agreement; it is a shared vision to empower students with the tools they need to succeed in an interconnected world,” the institutions noted during the event.

Rev. Dr. Charles Fosu-Ayarkwah, Principal of KPCE, signed the agreement on behalf of the college, marking the start of a transformative educational exchange between the Philippines and Ghana.
