The National Democratic Congress (NDC) has extended the deadline for the sale, filing, and submission of Branch Nomination Forms for its ongoing branch elections exercise to Monday, May 25, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
In a statement issued on May 15, 2026, the party said the decision was taken by its Functional Executive Committee (FEC) following a review of the ongoing electoral process.
According to the statement, all prospective aspirants are required to fully complete and submit their nomination forms through the party’s online portal, forms.ghanandc.com, before the new deadline.
The party further cautioned that any purchased codes or forms that are not used for filing and submission before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 25, 2026, will become invalid, stressing that all fees paid would be non-refundable after the deadline.
The NDC also directed all Constituency Executives across the country to make party registers available to prospective aspirants and members who wish to verify or confirm their membership status.
The statement urged Constituency Executives to uphold fairness, transparency, accessibility, and cooperation throughout the branch elections process to ensure a smooth and credible exercise nationwide.
Signed by the Deputy General Secretary in charge of Finance and Administration, Hon. Barbara Serwaa Asamoah, on behalf of the General Secretary, the statement further encouraged party members to actively participate in the democratic process while upholding the values of unity, fairness, discipline, and comradeship.
