The Ghana Police Service has declared a 30-year-old suspect, Prince Krah, wanted in connection with the gruesome murder of two individuals at Saki, near Tema Golf City in the Greater Accra Region.
According to a press release issued by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) on May 6, 2026, the suspect is being pursued for his alleged involvement in the killing of Ebenezer Kwabena Obiri, 45, and Mary Anim, 22.
The victims were found dead in their shared residence with multiple machete wounds.
Preliminary investigations indicate that Prince Krah had been living in the same chamber-and-hall apartment with the deceased couple.
Police further revealed that Ebenezer Obiri was last seen in the company of the suspect on the night of April 30, 2026, just hours before the tragic incident.
A warrant for Krah’s arrest was subsequently issued by the Kpone Magistrate Court on May 4, 2026, after he went into hiding.
The suspect is described as dark in complexion, about 5 feet 7 inches tall, and of a stout build.
He was last seen wearing a Lacoste shirt and a pair of jeans.
Authorities also disclosed that Krah is believed to be a military officer and may be hiding within the Kakusunanka or Kamina Barracks in Tamale.
In a bid to expedite his arrest, the Police have announced a reward of GH¢100,000 for any credible information that leads to his capture.
The Police are urging members of the public with relevant information to report to the nearest police station or contact emergency numbers 191 or 112.
Chief Inspector Brigitte Babanawo, Public Relations Officer of the CID, signed the release, assuring the public that efforts are underway to apprehend the suspect and bring him to justice.
